With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work heading into 2026, we are seeking an experienced Formwork Supervisor to join our team.

About the Role

As a Formwork Supervisor, you will oversee daily site operations, lead and support a crew of formworkers/carpenters, and ensure our projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will work closely with our Site Manager and Project Manager to coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise formwork crews on active job sites
  • Coordinate daily activities, labour allocation and workflow
  • Ensure compliance with all WHS standards, policies and procedures
  • Read and interpret formwork drawings, plans and specifications
  • Drive productivity while maintaining high workmanship quality
  • Plan ahead for materials, deliveries and equipment requirements
  • Conduct toolboxes, pre-starts, safety checks and site inspections
  • Liaise with Site Managers, Project Managers and other trades
  • Assist with training and developing apprentices and junior workers
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years formwork supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of formwork systems (Peri/Acrow/Doka etc.)
  • Ability to read drawings and work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • White Card (essential)
  • High-Risk licences (EWP, Dogging, Rigging, Crane) desirable but not essential
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport
