JOB OPPORTUNITY – Concreters and Formworkers

Location: Perth Metro & Surrounds

Projects: Civil Infrastructure, Remediation, Maintenance & New Works

Work Type: Ongoing project work, 8–10 hour days

RecruitWest is seeking experienced Concreters and Formworkers to join crews across a variety of civil and maintenance projects throughout the Perth metro area.

Work will involve formwork, steel fixing, pouring and finishing, as well as remediation and maintenance tasks across key infrastructure sites.

About the Role

  • Carry out formwork and concrete placement for civil structures (footings, slabs, kerbs, culverts and walls)
  • Set out, prepare and strip formwork for various concrete elements
  • Mix, pour, level and finish concrete to required specifications
  • Assist with steel fixing, site clean-up and general construction duties
  • Work collaboratively within a crew under site supervision
  • Hours: 8–10 hours per day (site dependent)
  • Sites: Will vary week to week (Metro, port and industrial locations)

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Concreter or Formworker in civil or commercial environments
  • Ability to read and work from plans (advantageous)
  • Willingness to complete site-specific inductions and DAS
  • White Card
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Safety-focused mindset and ability to work within a team

Inductions & Mobilisation

  • Site inductions may be required depending on the project
  • PPE must be supplied and worn as per site requirements
  • DAS required for all sites
  • Travel paid or as per Award depending on site location
