Our play-based Lifelong Learning curriculum combines intentional teaching with child-led programs, empowering our educators to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

The Role
  • You will be responsible for implementing the approved learning framework, ensuring high-quality educational programs that meet and exceed National Quality Standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate educational programs, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance educator practice.
  • Engage in coaching and mentoring, supporting Educational Leaders across our centres to achieve best practice.

In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team that values professional growth and career progression opportunities. We offer comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and expertise, including diploma traineeships and ECT scholarships.

About You
  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Education and Care or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in ECEC.
  • Proven track record in motivating, mentoring, and supporting educators and educational leaders.
  • Strong knowledge in early childhood practice and pedagogy, with a focus on critical reflection and interpersonal communication skills.
