We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven finance professional to take ownership of accounting processes for Commander and support key business units across Enterprise, Government, and Wholesale. You'll be part of a high-performing team of 8, working closely with a Performance Manager to deliver month-end reporting and contribute to exciting project work—including integration support for a new acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end accounting for Commander, including revenue recognition, expense accruals, and month-end journals
  • Prepare and post revenue-related journals for Primus, including billed, unbilled, and deferred revenue
  • Manage Recoverable Works capitalisation and amortisation, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis, commentary, and support for management reporting
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and assist with ad-hoc finance tasks as needed

Skills:

  • 2-3 years' experience in financial and/or management accounting, with a sharp eye for detail
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn numbers into meaningful insights
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
  • A methodical, organised approach with solid time management and decision-making abilities
  • A commitment to confidentiality, consistency, and driving process efficiencies
