The Opportunity
Shape Australia's Clean Energy Future with Transgrid
Transgrid is powering Australia's clean energy transition — and we're growing. We're looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our Enterprise Risk team and support the delivery of our strategic priorities.
In this role, you'll partner with colleagues across the business to keep our compliance program strong, agile, and future-focused. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of compliance activities while developing your technical, analytical, and strategic skills.
Key focus areas include:
- Monitoring and reporting on regulatory and legislative changes
- Supporting compliance assurance and external audit activities
- Maintaining compliance obligations and controlled documents in our GRC system

We're looking for someone who brings:
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant industry experience
- 2+ years in compliance, governance, or risk roles
- Strong knowledge of compliance principles in large organisations
- Solid systems and analytical skills
- A collaborative mindset, professionalism, and strong work ethic
