The Goulburn Valley is often referred to as 'The Food Bowl of Australia' as around 25% of the total value of Victoria's agricultural production is generated in this area.

Greater Shepparton has a population of approximately 69,000 and is culturally rich with 17.4% of residents being born overseas. The area has excellent education, recreation, cultural, social and health facilities and tourism is a developing focus for the region.

Leisure Facilities - Duty Supervisor

Salary: $73,089.64 per annum

Closing: Friday 28 November 2025

Full time - Permanent

The Leisure Facilities Department is currently seeking a full-time Duty Supervisor to join our team across multiple indoor sports and leisure sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

We're looking for a candidate who is reliable, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, supporting programs and events, and assisting with administrative tasks such as rostering and bookings.

Experience in leisure facility operations, supervision, cash handling, and customer service will be highly regarded.

It is a prerequisite of this position that the incumbent holds and maintains a current:

  • Victoria Drivers' licence
  • Working with Children's check
  • Level 2 First Aid Qualification

The successful applicant will receive venue-specific training and must be flexible with their availability, as shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Work may be required across multiple sites depending on operational needs.
