We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 
People & Performance Coordinator
 to join our People & Performance team at our Corporate Head Office in Stapylton. This full-time role plays a key part in supporting HR operations by providing efficient and professional coordination across recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, learning & development, compliance, and employee engagement activities. You'll help keep our HR function running smoothly, enabling the broader team to focus on strategic priorities.

About the Role

As the People & Performance Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting recruitment activities, including job ads, interview scheduling, reference checks, contracts, and onboarding packs.
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and exit interviews.
  • Maintaining HRIS data, personnel files, and generating regular HR reports.
  • Providing payroll support by checking timesheets, leave forms, and employee setup information.
  • Assisting with learning & development activities, including training bookings, attendance tracking, and compliance follow-ups.
  • Supporting HR policy and process updates, documentation, and communications.
  • Tracking compliance requirements and assisting with internal and external audits.
  • Coordinating engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
  • Managing the shared HR inbox, handling HR-related invoices, processing purchase orders, and overseeing general administration.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • 1–3 years' experience in an HR Coordinator, Administrator, or similar role.
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS or payroll systems (desirable).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
