In this role, you'll be a subject matter expert implementing, coordinating and overseeing the occupational health, hygiene and wellbeing strategy and initiatives across our operations.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Leading the development and implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives across the group.
  • Leading the development and implementation of health and hygiene risk assessments and monitoring programs.
  • Using data to report, analyse trends, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Driving the Health & Wellbeing Strategy with initiatives that support good physical and mental health.
  • Participation in psychosocial risk management strategy and programs.
  • Identification of occupational hygiene issues and delivering practical solutions.
  • Development of training and coaching for managers and employees to improve occupational health, hygiene and wellbeing awareness and engagement.

Be part of the solution

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Science or related field.
  • Experience in managing occupational hygiene programs and delivering risk-based solutions across multiple sites and jurisdictions.
  • Experience in developing and delivering structured wellbeing plans and initiatives.
  • Effective communicator with proven stakeholder engagement across all levels; collaborates as part of a broader HSE team.
  • Proficient in addressing psychosocial risks and driving wellbeing and cultural initiatives.
  • Willing and able to travel to support multi-site operations.
