*The Impact You'll Make*
As our Senior Application Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting customers within the Asia Pacific Region in application and product support for Turbocor Oil-free compressors

You'll take ownership of product support and warranty, helping us to drive market share globally within the compressor environment.

*What You'll Be Doing*

  • Provide technical advice, commissioning support, and troubleshoot product issues for external customers across the APAC region, via phone and email.
  • Travel to customer sites to resolve product issues or to assist with pre- or post-sales support
  • Support sales with technical execution of sales plans and conduct product training for internal/external customers as required.
  • Work in collaboration with the Danfoss plants based in US and China.

*What We're Looking For*

  • Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems specifically Chillers
  • Qualification in Mechanical Engineer or Refrigeration or experience as Chiller Technician
  • Good time management and customer service skills
  • Ability to travel overseas as required
  • Confidence to work alone and in team environment
