About the Role
About You
  • Extensive experience in managing psychological health and safety, ideally within a university or comparable setting.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop comprehensive health and wellbeing programs.
  • Strong understanding of legislative requirements and best practices in occupational health and safety.
  • Experience in overseeing injury management processes, including rehabilitation and return-to-work programs.
  • Effective leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
