About the role

Step behind the counter at our flagship Richmond branch and become the go-to expert for tradespeople, contractors, and customers seeking reliable electrical supplies. As an Internal Sales specialist you will be the friendly face delivering expert advice, fast service, and tailored solutions that keep customers coming back.

What your day will look like:
  • Provide customers with an outstanding in-store experience and provide expert advice on electrical products and solutions
  • Process sales orders, quotes, and customer projects quickly and accurately
  • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure the best products and prices
  • Keep the trade counter stocked, organised, and ready to serve
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting loyalty
A bit about you
  • You bring positive energy, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for helping customers
  • You're motivated to learn and become an expert in electrical products and trade counter sales
  • Previous customer service or retail experience would be advantageous
  • Experience in electrical wholesaling, trades, or the building/construction industry is a bonus — but not essential, as we provide full product and sales training
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and thrive on building strong relationships
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
