Salary: $55,000 – $71,000 + Super (with future base growth and bonus potential)

Industry: Asset Finance / Business Lending

Yarra Finance is seeking an experienced Credit / Customer Service professional to join our dynamic and growing team.

This is not an entry-level role – applicants must already have hands-on experience in one of the following:

  • A broker support role within an asset finance brokerage
  • Finance/admin support at a truck or car dealership
  • Experience in an asset finance department at a bank or funder

Please do not apply if you have not previously worked for one of the above.

The Role:

You'll play a key part in supporting our finance operations and client services team. Starting casual with the opportunity to transition into full-time, this role offers long-term career growth, bonuses, and progression into more senior responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • General office admin and support
  • Scheduling service calls and client follow-ups
  • Answering phones and calling existing clients to check on their needs
  • Assisting with finance applications and documentation
  • Preparing loan documents and assisting with settlements

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in one of the above environments (broker, dealership, bank/funder)
  • A clear, confident phone manner and good written communication
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A can-do attitude and proactive approach

Salary & Benefits:

  • Starting salary: $55,000 – $71,000 + Super
