Are you ready to build a career with one of the leading names in the construction materials industry? Brett Aggregates is looking for a Flexible Operative to join our Asphalt team. This is a hands-on role where safety, quality, and customer service come first.

About Your Role

• Supporting the safe and efficient operation of our asphalt sites in line with HSEQ legislation.
• Operating mobile plant and equipment to ensure smooth production and stock control.
• Assisting with the care and maintenance of fixed and mobile plant, buildings, and site equipment.
• Taking samples of raw and finished materials to maintain quality standards.
• Operating the weighbridge in compliance with the Weight & Measures Act 1985.
• Engaging professionally with customers, drivers, and site visitors.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and site presentation.

*We're Looking For*

• Technical awareness and understanding of material specifications.
• Experience operating mobile plant and weighbridge systems.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Good standard of Maths and English.
• Willingness to work flexibly and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of SHE legislation and waste management.
• Experience in asphalt plant maintenance and production.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ 2, QCF 3, WAMITAB) desirable.
