Our client is a boutique project management consultancy with an established pipeline of Hospitality, High Rise Residential and Commercial projects across new build as well as fit out / refurbishment up to $100m+. They are now looking for an experienced
Senior /
Project Manager
to join their successful team based in their Brisbane office.

You will be working alongside one of the Directors as a 2IC on a large-scale high rise residential and mixed-use project. Having experience in high rise residential and mixed-use projects circa $100m to $200m+ would be beneficial.

The candidate can come from a head contractor or a client side/consultancy background however ideally will have some client side/consultancy experience. Excellent progression opportunities available as well as being mentored by one of the Directors.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Scope development
  • Managing regulatory approvals
  • Design co-ordination
  • Stakeholder management and liaison
  • Health and safety
  • Program management
  • Contract administration
  • Construction management and superintendent of project delivery
  • Management of site variations and design changes
  • Cost management

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in civil engineering, construction management, project management or similar
  • A minimum of 5-10+ years' experience in a client side PM role, head contractor experience would also be ideal
  • Proven end to end project management skills from concept through to completion
  • Contract Administration experience
  • Exposure to program management, managing timelines and critical paths
  • Ideally experience of end to end project management on high rise residential projects
