3Logix is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Analyst to join our existing innovative IT team. This is a newly created role that will be dedicated to monitoring and protecting the 3Logix business from the ongoing possibility of Cyber threats.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

Security Engineering & Operations

·       Assess, design, implement, and maintain security controls across our internal Microsoft 365, Linux and SaaS AWS environments.

·       Configure and manage endpoint protection

·       Monitor and respond to security events using SIEM and EDR platforms

Compliance & Governance

·       Assist in the development and enforcement of internal security policies and procedures.

·       Maintain documentation, asset inventories, and audit-ready records for all internal environments.

·       Drive continuous compliance improvement initiatives

Project Delivery & Client Engagement

·       Contribute to project and tender responses from a cyber security and compliance-driven requirement.

·       Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver tailored security solutions.

·       Prepare technical documentation, reports, and updates for internal and external audiences.

Collaboration & Support

·       Work with our internal stakeholders to deliver secure, user-friendly solutions.

·       Provide Tier 2/3 security support for our SaaS and workplace platforms.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance

·       Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

·       Provide continued contribution to ensure effective compliancy.

About you:

Qualifications & Experience

·       Tertiary qualification in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

·       Must have 3+ years of experience in a cybersecurity engineering role, plus additional experience in various roles is a bonus (systems administration, or IT support).

·       Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government) is highly regarded.

·       Hold or be able to complete National Security Assessment / Clearance

Technical Skills

·       Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, and Defender suite.

·       Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management tools.

·       Working knowledge of networking, cloud security platforms, and backup solutions.

·       Understanding of compliance frameworks: Essential 8, PCI-DSS, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001

Soft Skills

·       Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams at all levels.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

·       Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously even under pressure at critical times
