What you'll do

  • Lead and deliver restoration projects: water, fire, and mould (assessments, scopes, documentation).
  • Run site safety and quality, coach techs on "the way."
  • Keep clients/insurers/assessors informed with clear, professional updates.
  • Produce accurate reports, photos, and job notes that make approvals easy.
  • Manage people, plant and materials for safe, efficient outcomes.
  • Contribute to an after-hours roster during storm periods (paid accordingly).

What you'll bring

  • Hands-on experience in water & fire damage restoration and mould remediation/investigations.
  • (Nice to have) HVAC fire/mould remediation exposure.
  • Strong reporting skills, attention to detail, and calm communication.
  • A team mindset and current driver's licence; comfortable with field work.
  • Relevant quals/certs (IICRC or similar) - or the drive to earn them with us.
