As a Trainer/Assessor in Marine Craft Construction, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future workforce of the boating and marine industry. **Qualifications and Experience:**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
- Relevant trade qualification or extensive industry experience in Marine Craft Construction.
- Proven experience in delivering training and assessment within the vocational education sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for education and a commitment to developing skilled professionals in the marine industry.
