
Remote Sales Account Manager

IMMEDIATE START - Living by our company motto 'The Sound of Change', we are looking for a high-energy sales account manager, to service our retailers in Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic candidate who can lead and execute an innovative sales strategy, and who is looking to progress their career.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Sales Account Manager is responsible for assisting with sales growth across our independent account base, in the VIC & SA regions, to achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets. You will be a leader in key account management and in the administration of orders, including the identification and procurement of new growth opportunities. Ideally, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of wholesale sales experience in Men's and/or Ladies Apparel, Swim and Accessories and will be based in Victoria.
Summary of Purpose

To achieve and exceed sales targets

To develop, establish and maintain sales strategies to meet Rhythm's objectives as outlined by the National Sales Manager

Work with VIC & SA retailers to ensure Rhythm is represented to brand standard and engaging in all opportunities and activities that lead to growth outcomes

Driving and delivering high-performance outcomes consistently by building trust relationships across key independent accounts
-
Provide excellence in customer service to all who interact with our brand via the omnichannel program

Identify & develop new sales opportunities to contribute to the sales network & ultimately brand growth

Work closely with our Management Team to manage timeline communication, deliveries, and stock expectations

Work closely with our Marketing Team to provide such support to wholesale accounts

Demonstrate strong market and product knowledge for independent accounts to ensure brand alignment with business objectives at all times
Rhythm is seeking a self-motivated, driven, positive and passionate sales professional with the following attributes

3 years' experience in a similar role within fashion or footwear
-
Proven sales track record for sales achievement in growth
-
Strong analytical skills and budget forecasting skills
-
Strong negotiation skills
-
Demonstrated ability with both market and product knowledge

Highly proficient MS Office skills and Excel skills
-
Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines in a dynamic business

Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships
-
Stock allocation and replenishment experience
-
Thorough understanding of and natural affinity for apparel trends and the fashion industry
-
Ability to work autonomously whilst following brand direction
-
Established relationships with retail buyers
-
Experience with Cin 7, Brandscope & Shopify is desirable
-
Interstate travel required
