MOBILE PHONE AND DEVICE REPAIR TECHNICIAN – TAMWORTH

Join one of Australia's leading tech retailers. Caseway specialises in mobile accessories, electronics, and on-the-spot device repairs. We're known for fast, professional service and have locations in major shopping centres across the country.

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Repair Technician to join our Tamworth team. In this role, you'll not only handle device repairs, but also support customers on the retail floor with product sales and service enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other small electronic devices

  • Replace and test hardware such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and cameras

  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

  • Keep service records up to date and manage workflow efficiently

  • Provide excellent customer service, both for repairs and general enquiries

  • Assist with in-store sales of mobile accessories and electronics

  • Stay updated with new devices and repair techniques

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in phone or device repair (Apple, Samsung, Oppo, Huawei, etc.)

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Confidence in serving customers and helping them choose the right products

  • Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner

  • High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A qualification in electronics is preferred but not essential
