The Role

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Mobile Phone and Device Repair Technician to join our in-store repair team in Tamworth. You will be responsible for fixing smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices, while ensuring high-quality service for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mobile phones, tablets, and small electronic devices
  • Replace and test components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and cameras
  • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
  • Manage service records and workflow
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Keep up to date with the latest models and repair methods

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in mobile phone or device repair (Apple, Samsung, Oppo, etc.)
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Customer service focus with good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant qualifications in electronics are preferred but not essential
