Your Opportunity: As an Insurance Building Estimator/Supervisor, you will:
- Report directly to the Construction Manager.
- Estimate, schedule, and supervise trades and repair projects.
- Excel in customer service, using strong communication skills to build relationships and resolve conflicts.
- Utilise advanced technology to exceed KPIs in insurance repair estimating and supervision.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Preferably trade qualified (carpentry preferred), with experience in insurance-related estimating and supervising.
- Skills: Strong communication, organisation, and time management abilities, with high attention to detail.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
- Technical Ability: Competent with mobile devices, repair management systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Mindset: Proactive, safety-conscious, and a strong team player.
