OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST – MENTAL HEALTH / PSYCHOSOCIAL DISABILITY
(Independent Contractor Position – Full-Time Preferred, Part-time Opportunities Available)
Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for mental health and psychosocial practice?
Are you looking for a workplace that values professional trust, flexibility, and genuine collaboration without the pressure of rigid KPIs?
Do you thrive when you're given the autonomy to shape your clinical work, supported by strong systems and a friendly, skilled team?
Do you want to work the hours that suit you, take time off when you need, and choose whether to work from home or from our South Yarra (VIC) office?
This role is perfect for an OT who thrives on professional independence and autonomy, without the stress of managing your own business operations. You'll have the freedom to structure your work, supported by a professional team that takes care of referrals, resources, admin, and systems - so you can focus on what you do best: delivering excellent therapy.
If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
