We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive
Fleet & Procurement Specialist
to support NTI's Fleet, Replacement Vehicle and Claims Procurement programs and help deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Reporting to the
National Risk & Procurement Manager
, this role gives you the opportunity to:

  • Lead Key Procurement Processes
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement of NTI Fleet vehicles and replacement vehicles for NTI policyholders.
  • Influence Customer Experience
  • Ensure NTI's claims procurement processes meet service level expectations, regulatory requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers.
  • Drive Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for uplifting processes, support the development of procurement strategies and implement initiatives that enhance our customer experience.
  • Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships
  • Work closely with service providers, dealers, manufacturers and internal teams to support performance, address issues and maintain collaborative partnerships.
  • Lead with Precision
  • Provide expertise as an escalation point for procurement issues and contribute to strategic reviews, reporting and supplier performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading procurement for NTI fleet vehicles and NTI customer replacement vehicles.
  • Managing the claims procurement process in line with SLAs, compliance obligations and regulatory expectations
  • Coordinating supplier performance reviews, trend analysis and relationship management.
  • Investigating procurement queries and recommending solutions.
  • Maintaining and enhancing procurement procedures, guidelines and processes.
  • Capturing, analysing and reporting procurement data including monthly reporting and trend analysis.
  • Conducting audits, case reviews and communicating outcomes.
  • Building strong, effective relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Implementing procurement strategic initiatives and business plan actions.
  • Maintaining accurate data, resolving anomalies and managing invoice reviews and approvals.

You will be an energetic, detail-focused procurement professional who values strong relationships, efficient processes and exceptional customer service. You will ideally have:

  • 1 - 2 years' procurement experience (essential).
  • 1 - 2 years' fleet purchasing or vehicle procurement experience (essential).
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office capability (essential).
  • Customer service experience (2–3 years) across both phone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Technical supply chain experience (desired).
  • Knowledge of heavy vehicles or the transport industry (desired).
  • Strong organisational skills, accuracy and analytical problem-solving.
  • Proven relationship building skills, In a commercial environment (desired).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a strong work ethic and supportive team attitude.
  • Relevant procurement or supply chain qualifications (desired).
