Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in fielding client inquiries related to service delivery, addressing concerns promptly and professionally through ticketing systems, email, messaging, and calls.
  • Support technical and operational teams to help ensure services meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal support teams and vendors to maintain smooth day-to-day service operations.
  • Identify and escalate potential service risks to management for timely resolution.
  • Help prepare and deliver service-related communications, including materials for regular service review meetings.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to support positive relationships and ensure their needs are well understood.
  • Work with internal teams to help drive successful outcomes for clients.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, adjusting messaging based on the audience.
  • Collaborate with peers across technical and client-facing teams to achieve strong customer outcomes.
  • Act as a first point of contact for client queries and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support incident resolution using core ITIL principles and best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver regular service performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • A technical understanding, or the ability to learn technological product services quickly
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across technical, operational, and client-facing teams.
  • An understanding of service delivery principles and a commitment to supporting high-quality service experiences.
