We are an established NDIS provider company currently servicing Cairns, Townsville and Perth, now expanding into Brisbane. With a strong track record of genuine care, high-quality support, and a people-first approach, we're excited to grow our footprint in Queensland's capital.

You will be working directly alongside the Director to help set up operations in Brisbane, shape processes, build relationships, and drive growth across the region. This isn't a typical coordinator role; you'll be part of a team expansion and have a real opportunity to influence how the Brisbane service develops. About the Role

We're seeking a proactive, organised, and people-focused Service Delivery Coordinator to help build our service delivery operations from the ground up.

In this role, you'll be supporting participants, mentoring Support Workers, coordinating service delivery, and playing a pivotal role in establishing systems, workflows, and standards.

Your performance, initiative, and growth of participant intake directly influence your earning potential, perfect for someone who wants to grow as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Director to establish and grow the service delivery function in Brisbane

Build strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders

Coordinate onboarding, service plans, and ongoing participant support

Mentor and support a growing team of Support Workers

Conduct check-ins, service reviews, and ensure person-centred service delivery

Assist with rostering, scheduling, and timesheet approvals

Support incident responses and contribute to the on-call process

Ensure NDIS compliance, safety practices, and documentation requirements

Contribute to business development, community engagement, and continuous improvement

Help shape internal processes, culture, and service standards as the business grows

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

NDIS Worker Screening / Yellow Card

Blue Card (Working with Children)

Current Queensland Driver's Licence + reliable vehicle

Minimum Cert IV in Community Services (or equivalent)

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar coordinator or service delivery role

Desirable

First Aid & CPR

Experience using PRODA and NDIS CRM systems

Mental Health First Aid or equivalent
