Atlus is a national telehealth clinic supporting patients seeking wellness through medicinal cannabis. We're looking for Patient Liaison Officers to join our team in full-time and part-time roles.

This is your chance to be part of a friendly, compassionate team that supports patients every step of their healthcare journey. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and doctors, helping ensure every interaction is professional, smooth, and positive.

As a Patient Liaison Officer, you'll be a trusted part of our team, ensuring every experience with Atlus is supportive, empathetic, and caring.

Your Role

You'll provide professional and compassionate support to patients and clinical staff, helping ensure a positive experience every time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Responding to patient enquiries via phone and email
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
  • Processing payments, invoices, and receipts
  • Answering incoming calls with warmth and empathy
  • Collaborating with clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care

Healthcare experience is preferred but not essential — a caring attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.

Work Schedule

Our office operates:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm
