A leading player in the branded merchandise industry is seeking a commercially minded Merchandise Estimator to join their dynamic team. With a strong portfolio of clients across retail, healthcare, finance, and education, this company delivers high-impact solutions in apparel, signage, and promotional products

About the Role:
In this key role, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate and strategic estimates for custom merchandise and apparel. You'll work closely with account managers and suppliers, both local and international, to ensure competitive pricing, cost efficiency, and alignment with client expectations and business margin objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret complex briefs to develop tailored product and pricing solutions
  • Source quotes and manage supplier communications
  • Lead pricing on major proposals and tenders
  • Ensure cost accuracy across internal systems
  • Recommend cost-saving and sustainable alternatives
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years in estimating, quoting, or procurement in the merchandise or promotional products industry
  • Solid knowledge of branding techniques (e.g., screen printing, embroidery)
  • Strong commercial acumen and Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
