Reporting to the Estimating Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working under an experienced estimator to learn production estimating
  • Completing all work with a focus on accuracy to minimise margin erosion
  • Collating all required information for the building and estimating team
  • Assisting in the preparation and process of purchase orders; and
  • Providing support for Production Estimators and completing all required reports on a regular basis.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Diploma in Building & Construction or similar education is of advantage
  • Reasonable trade background is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of construction processes and details
  • Proficient use of Estimating Software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced, goal driven and dedicated team environment; and
  • A GREAT ATTITUDE
