Digital Marketing Assistant
with
strong social media experience, creative storytelling skills, and a flair for content
to join our growing team.

About the Role

You'll work closely with our
Head of Digital
to deliver creative campaigns, grow our online presence, and bring fresh energy to how we show up on social media.

This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives on
storytelling, creativity, and community building
— while also having an eye for detail and performance metrics.


What You'll Do

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Create and post engaging content across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Help grow our social media channels — boosting followers, reach, and engagement.
  • Develop creative ideas and stories that humanise our brand and connect emotionally.
  • Brief designers and videographers to deliver on-brand creative assets.
  • Champion a
    video-first approach
    — assist with concepting, filming, and posting short-form content.
  • Manage community engagement and keep our tone of voice authentic and consistent.

Campaign & Project Support

  • Coordinate campaign assets and liaise with agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with updates to landing pages and digital content.
  • Support the production of materials for partnerships and award submissions.

Data & Insights

  • Track and report on social and digital campaign performance.
  • Analyse results to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation.

Innovation

  • Stay across emerging social trends, AI tools, and new digital formats.
  • Bring proactive ideas to improve our content and brand storytelling.


About You

You're creative, curious, and love seeing your ideas come to life online. You enjoy blending
storytelling with strategy
, and you're comfortable managing multiple projects at once.

You'll bring:

  • 3–5 years' experience
    in digital marketing or social media (agency or in-house).
  • Proven experience
    growing and managing social media profiles
    .
  • A knack for
    storytelling
    — through visuals, video, and words.
  • Experience using platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or similar.
  • Strong organisational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for new digital trends and tech.


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
(preferred).
