This market leading multinational organisation is a market leader in the wholesale and retail jewellery and luxury objects sector. We are seeking an experienced
Digital Marketing Manager
to join this dynamic and growing Marketing team. This newly created role offers the opportunity to lead and implement strategic digital initiatives across multiple brands and markets, contributing to the growth and visibility of this well-established group.

This position is responsible for shaping and executing digital marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and drive commercial outcomes. You will oversee the digital ecosystem—including websites, EDMs, and social platforms—ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of corporate websites and customer-facing digital platforms
  • Drive lead generation and traffic growth through SEO, SEM, and targeted digital campaigns
  • Manage and optimise email marketing (EDM) strategies, including segmentation and compliance
  • Lead social media strategy, work with the marketing and content team to drive performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure technical excellence and brand consistency
  • Monitor digital KPIs and provide actionable insights and reporting for continuous improvement
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies to identify new opportunities
  • Support broader marketing initiatives and contribute to cross-functional planning and execution

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar digital marketing role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital and/or Communications
  • Demonstrated proficiency in website creation and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong creative, organisational, and project management capabilities
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of digital production knowledge
