What We're Looking For?

  • At least 5 years of Office experience essential

  • Experience with Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Word & Outlook

  • Shopify experience an advantage

  • A pleasant and confident phone manner

  • Flexibility to work between 6am – 5pm

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Knowledge of the Food Service Industry is an advantage

  • Permanent Australian Resident / Citizen

  • Detail orientated

About the Role

This is a full time casual role with some flexibility in days and hours, some of your main responsibilities are:

  • Preparation of quotes for new and existing customers

  • Respond to emails in a timely manner

  • Managing calendars and organising meetings

  • Contacting customers

  • Taking of and entering orders

  • Fulfilment of orders to invoices

  • Responding to emails

  • Assisting the Marketing team as required

  • Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
