**Company Description**

- Answer all incoming telephone calls promptly.
- Assist customers with pricing enquiries, stock availability, forecasting and forward orders.
- Liaise with freight providers for delivery status on orders and proof of delivery (POD’s).
- Liaise with Branch Logistics regarding Colour Tinting and Pigments.
- Liaise with Branch Logistics for Stock Replenishment, Branch to Branches and Manufacturing.
- Liaise with Branch Logistics and Customers to process Back Orders and non-collected orders.
- Monitor Back Order Lines and Open Sales Order Lines daily.
- Attend to Counter Sales (direct customers only) promptly.
- Process all orders prior to cut off time.
- Co-ordinate admixture deliveries, as per schedule.
- Provide basic level of Technical Assistance to Customers.
- Process Invoices and Credits.
- Open incoming mail and distribute accordingly by 10:00am.
- Replenish literature on a monthly basis.
- Ensure all filing is done on a daily basis.
- Ensure invoices are posted to customers on a daily basis.
- Provide assistance to the Customer Service Supervisor, Technical Representatives, Warehouse, Logistics and Sales Team.
- Prepare Overnight bags (if applicable).
- Work as directed by Customer Service Supervisor.

**Qualifications**
- At least 1-year previous experience in a high-level Customer Service environment.
- Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook and Lotus Notes.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Understanding of Customer Service principles.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to priorities
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Team work
