BROWNS English Language School is hiring a Homestay Coordinator at our Melbourne campus This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a real difference in the lives of international students.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Matching Students with Host Families – Find the perfect home for students and ensure they have an amazing Australian experience.
  • Managing Student Residences – Oversee BROWNS' student housing, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Recruiting Host Families – Visit potential homestays, check standards, and build great relationships with local hosts.
  • Supporting Students & Hosts – Be the go-to person for any accommodation needs and help solve any issues quickly.
  • Handling Admin & Emergency Calls – Keep records organised and be available for emergency support on a rotating basis.

What You Need to Apply:

  • People Skills – Friendly, outgoing, and great at communicating with people from all backgrounds.
  • Problem-Solving Ability – Quick thinker who can handle challenges with ease.
  • Strong Organisation Skills – Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of things.
  • Valid Driver's Licence – Willing to travel around Melbourne for home visits.
  • Own Vehicle Required – You must have access to your own reliable vehicle for conducting home visits throughout Melbourne.
  • Can-Do Attitude – Ready to jump in and make things happen

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or working with international students.
  • Previous experience in accommodation coordination or education settings.
