What your day will look like….

You'll collaborate closely with executives, clinical leaders, and project teams to design and implement innovative workforce models that reflect the future of healthcare delivery. Your work will span strategic discussions and hands-on coordination — aligning governance, culture, and staffing to ensure readiness for the new hospital's opening. Each day brings the opportunity to influence major decisions, guide change, and foster partnerships across the health service, all while leading a dedicated team committed to building a strong, engaged workforce for generations to come.
