What Your Day Will Look Like….
You'll be at the heart of strategic conversations, partnering with executives and senior managers to guide workforce plans that support both current operations and the exciting future of the new Toowoomba Hospital. You'll lead the development of frameworks and resources that empower managers, provide expert advice on complex workforce matters, and champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Your day will be filled with meaningful conversations, data-driven analysis, and opportunities to influence positive change across the organisation. You'll also have the chance to build strong relationships, mentor others, and see the direct impact of your work on the health and wellbeing of our community.
