Expressions of interest are being sought from staff wishing to act in the position of Coordinator Capability and Role Descriptions to cover periods of short-term leave of up to thirteen (13) weeks with possible extension over the next eighteen (18) months.
About the Position
The Coordinator Capability and Role Descriptions is the Subject Matter Expert on job evaluation methodology and the capability framework. They provides expert advice and support on job evaluation and the inclusion of relevant capabilities to ensure consistent organisational alignment of role outcomes across NSW Ambulance and within NSW Health

Position Conditions
- The position is classified as Health Mgr Lvl 2 ($109,857 per annum - $129,624 per annum) paid via Higher Grade Duties.
- Work location is NSW Ambulance State Operations Centre, Sydney Olympic Park.
- Hours of work are Monday to Friday business hours.
- Eligibility: This EOI is open to current NSW Ambulance employees who are engaged on a permanent, temporary, or casual basis and are paid directly by NSW Ambulance.
- Agency contractors, Contingent Workers & Volunteers are not eligible for this EOI.
