We are now recruiting for a Customer Relationship Coordinator to add to their successful team of professionals, based in their Inner City Melbourne offices. This role focuses on customer service for custom home/ KDR clients, guiding them through the build process, from contract stage through construction to hand over of their new home. 

You will be the point of contact for clients, providing scheduled updates, administration for customers projects, liaise with internal stakeholders on progress & changes, have the ability to build & maintain relationships, and ability to find solutions and resolve issues when they arise. 

Our successful candidate will have previous experience within a custom home/KRD residential builder,  have a strong customer focused approach and have superior communication skills.
