Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Service Coordinator role based in Melbourne, VIC. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing service schedules, coordinating team assignments, and ensuring all customer requirements are met in a timely manner. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, organizing maintenance and repair schedules, documenting job progress, and supporting service teams to ensure operational efficiency. Communication and problem-solving are key aspects of this role, contributing to a seamless customer service experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills for scheduling and coordinating services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to address issues and ensure quality outcomes
  • Technical understanding of fleet maintenance or mechanical services is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in software tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or service coordination role is a plus
