Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Coordinator located in Melbourne, VIC. The Service Coordinator will manage the daily operations of the service department, including scheduling maintenance and repair jobs, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and professionally. The role involves providing excellent customer service, tracking service progress, managing documentation, and supporting the team to meet company goals. The coordinator will prioritize efficient workflow while upholding the company's values and commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills, scheduling expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Customer service skills, with experience in ensuring exceptional client experiences and addressing concerns professionally.
  • Knowledge of fleet maintenance, repair coordination, and heavy vehicle operations is highly desirable.
  • Critical problem-solving skills, focusing on efficiency and safety in daily operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency with technology and digital tools for managing maintenance schedules and documentation.
  • Familiarity with workplace safety practices and a commitment to safe work environments.
  • A background in automotive or truck services is advantageous but not mandatory.
