We're seeking a self-motivated, trade-qualified mechanical technician who's ready for a challenge. This role is more than a job – it's a promotion to field service work where you'll take your skills on the road, tackling interesting mechanical and electrical challenges on high-performance equipment like diesel engines, power generators, pump systems and lighting towers.

Reporting to the Service Manager with the workshop located in Bethania, the primary tasks of this role are:

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on mechanical equipment like diesel engines, generators, pumps and lighting towers.

  • Commission and test new installations on-site.

  • Provide product technical support to clients and colleagues.

  • Attend to customer emergencies and breakdown diagnostics.

  • Take ownership of your work, ensuring high standards and timely completion.

  • Trade Qualified: Heavy Vehicle, Diesel Mechanic, or Light Vehicle Technician.

  • Mechanical Passion: A love for working with diesel engines and power generation equipment.
