Virgin Active Bondi Junction is your be-all workout retreat, right in the heart of the East. Spread over eight levels and covering 1,370 sqm, the club features purpose-built studios for Cycle, Boxing, Reformer Pilates, Yoga and Grid Training (HIIT), plus a strength, cardio and outdoor functional training zone. We’ve also catered for your post-workout-self, with luxury changeroom amenities including Dyson Supersonic hairdryers, ghd® straighteners and Apelles products. It’s the experience your workout deserves. This gig will also look after the maintenance at our beautiful St Leonards club.

**The gig**:

- Deliver both a preventative and reactive maintenance schedule safely, on time and within budget. It’s all about ensuring a fully functional, compelling and safe environment for our members in our beautiful Collins St club
- Create a Planned Preventative Maintenance program and oversee minor repairs and reactive maintenance, including heating ventilation, aquatics, air conditioning and the likes.
- Ensure contractors deliver in line with their service level agreements and to agreed outcomes.
- Resolve maintenance issues fast with your gusto for all things R&M and complete clocklike efficiency of reporting.

**All about you**:

- You’re motivated, honest and genuine with relevant facility property maintenance (including HVAC) experience and your First Aid. You have have aligned experience in trade based roles (plumber, fridge mechanic, specialist) and may also have a relevant trade qual (electrical desirable).
- You’re multi-skilled and have a good knowledge of building services and regulatory compliance across facilities.
- You get a kick out of tracking all repairs, maintenance and contractors in line with budget while also ensuring SLA’s are delivered.
- You can explain the nuts and bolts of building maintenance to almost anyone and are comfortable communicating at all levels.
- You take pride in the presentation of your property and thinking up new ways to improve our carbon footprint and reduce utility consumption.
