Overview Of Our Role
Are you passionate about driving value through smart sourcing and procurement strategies? We're looking for a Corporate Procurement Specialist to join our collaborative and forward-thinking team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying and managing sourcing opportunities across our corporate spend categories. You'll lead sourcing and tendering processes, support contract administration and compliance, and contribute to the development and execution of sourcing strategies that align with our organisational goals.

You'll work closely with Procurement and Category Managers, as well as colleagues across the Procurement, Property, and Fleet (PPF) team and broader business units, to enhance sourcing outcomes and support change initiatives.

A Little About You

  • Experience in a procurement or commercial function, with a solid understanding of sourcing and contract management.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems and tools such as SAP, Power BI, eProcure, and document management platforms like ECMS (or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret vendor data and develop thoughtful procurement recommendations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, including maintaining accurate records and supporting team operations.
  • Confidence working independently and applying sound judgment to support decision-making.
  • A collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement and relationship building across diverse teams.

Qualifications / Certifications & Skills

  • A relevant qualification in Business, Procurement, Commercial, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • A strong understanding of ethical procurement practices aligned with organisational values and codes of conduct.
  • Experience supporting Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals through thoughtful procurement strategies.
  • A track record of contributing to procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Confidence working in cross-functional and matrixed environments to deliver collaborative outcomes.
  • A values-led approach, demonstrating accountability, respect, and a commitment to working together.
