Are you an experienced event producer with a passion for creative, high-impact activations? Join LifestyleLab Agency, a leading creative agency delivering standout brand events and activations across commercial buildings, shopping centres and public spaces.

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Event and Operations Manager to manage end-to-end production of activations—from intimate pop-ups to large-scale, multi-site campaigns. You'll work with Australia's top property groups and lifestyle brands, bringing bold ideas to life with polish, precision, and energy.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the production and execution of events and activations across commercial and retail environments

  • Liaise with suppliers, stylists, technicians, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery

  • Manage the operations including budgets, timelines, bump in/out logistics, permits, and staffing

  • Collaborate with our creative team to help shape standout experiences that reflect each client's brand

  • Problem-solve onsite and adapt quickly under pressure

  • Ensure the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and execution across all projects

About You

  • 3+ years of experience producing events or brand activations

  • Proven success working in commercial property, shopping centre, or retail environments

  • Confident juggling multiple events, working in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail

  • Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency setting

  • Passionate about design, culture, and creating meaningful experiences

  • Available for travel and onsite event days (including occasional weekends)
