About the Role

We are looking for an Insolvency Professionals at Manager level to join our NSW/ACT team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading one of our NSW/ACT teams, in addition to being hands on in a number of matters. You'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact while gaining exposure to complex matters and varied industries.

Your Role Will Includes:

  • Leading a diverse range of investigations and insolvency assignments.
  • Reviewing reports and other key documentation.
  • Working closely with the principals to organise and manage completion of a wide range of insolvency engagements while delivering quality service to all stakeholders;
  • Coaching, mentoring and directing team members, to ensure their development and growth.
  • Driving an engaged culture and maintaining relationships of referral partners.

About You

We're seeking motivated leaders who bring:

  • Proven expertise in the field of insolvency and restructuring.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • CAANZ or CPA qualification.
  • ARITA Advanced Certification (or willing to undertake)
  • Experience in a similar role within insolvency or restructuring, including supervising and training a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
