We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Senior Client Director with our awesome team in Sydney. The scope of this role presents the opportunity to continue your exposure to all facets of media planning and strategy, using channels both online and offline to help solve for our clients' business challenges.

Your immediate responsibilities will include the ownership of our relationship with our clients, a lead role in our media strategy and planning, the management and development of your client team, and the management of your team P&L.
 

Core responsibilities:

• Day to day leadership of our client relationships, the ownership and oversight of ongoing campaign planning and brief responses (including the integration of our Strategy, Investment, and Programmatic teams)
• Effectively manage direct reports to ensure progression through the agency; including recruitment, performance reviews, development plans, feedback and training
• Leading external agencies (digital and creative) in delivering integrated projects
• Responsible for the connectivity, consistency and timely delivery of the components of the response to brief including; strategy, comms planning and investment and optimization
• Commercial and service ownership of client relationship – drive seamless delivery and profitability of account

• Strong understanding of the categories in client portfolio
• Excellent client service skills – the ability to gain trust and confidence

• Proven ability to build trust quickly, to enable the team and support them
• Working experience with Social, Programmatic, Performance and Offline Media planning and implementation tools
• Excellent analytical skillset and proven ability to draw data driven insights in a planning heavy environment
