We're looking for a personable and driven Business Development Manager who can build trusted relationships with care providers. The Role

As Business Development Manager, you'll drive new business growth by connecting with care providers, understanding their challenges, and offering tailored learning solutions. From prospecting through to closing, you'll lead the full sales cycle with energy, precision, and a solutions-first mindset.

This is a role is based in our new offices in leafy Belrose, Sydney.

What You'll Do

  • Own and exceed new business sales targets across your portfolio
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline across aged care and community care providers
  • Deliver high-impact outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and face-to-face meetings
  • Run compelling discovery sessions and product demos that speak to client needs
  • Close deals with confidence - managing proposals, pricing, and contracts
  • Keep your pipeline accurate and updated in Salesforce
  • Partner with marketing to maximise lead conversion and campaign outcomes
  • Represent Altura Learning at events, conferences, and industry networking

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of success in business development - preferably in SaaS, e-learning, or healthcare
  • Proven ability to smash sales targets and build trusted client relationships
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Skilled in managing a structured sales process and working CRM systems
  • A team player with strong time management, self-drive, and a solution-focused mindset
  • Bonus: Experience in aged care or familiarity with L&D in care settings
