Day-to-day management supported by our Client Services team.Collaborate with clients, our internal creative division and external partners. Briefs, feedback and tight test loops. You value how creative & messaging drive performance.Data-fluent: set and manage meaningful success measures, forecast sensibly, interpret GA4 and liaise with our internal data & reporting team to get tracking and dashboards right (no need to set up GTM/Looker Studio yourself).Excellent communicator who explains what you do, what you see and the value it delivers — clearly and credibly.Curious operator who stays current, spends time in the platforms, banks learnings and helps others succeed.Bonus points: LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing, SA360 , exposure to Programmatic (DV360/The Trade Desk) is a plus, but not required.About The RoleIn this role, you'd be:Join a team of 10 genuinely talented search, social and programmatic specialists (Rocket is ~55 people).Report directly to our Head of Digital Media.Spend most of your time doing what you love: diagnosis -> strategy -> build -> optimise -> communicate the value.Partner with our internal data & reporting team to define success measures, connect GA4 insights and build forecasts.Collaborate with creatives and Client Services to turn insights into clear briefs and test plans.A real opportunity to make your mark in this role and grow within the agency.Bonus: Experience collaborating on OOH/DOOH and other above-the-line channels — TV (linear + BVOD/CTV), radio & streaming audio (FM/DAB, Spotify, podcasts), cinema, and print (newspapers, magazines, inserts) — including planning inputs, cross-channel flighting, creative spec/format alignment, partner trafficking, and brand-lift/attention measurement (nice to have, not required).About RocketRocket is widely regarded as one of the top independent full-service digital marketing agencies in Australia.In addition to winning a ton of awards for excellent work with our clients, we're a Google Premier Partner, Meta Business Partner, Bing Partner, TikTok Agency Advantage Partner and a HubSpot Platinum Partner.See the team in actionOur CultureRocket was recognised as one of Australia's top-ranked workplaces in the 2023 AFR Boss Best Places to Work list.
