About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electrician with strong experience in manufacturing environments to join a fast-paced and dynamic team. This is not a domestic electrical role — we're looking for someone with expertise in maintaining and repairing complex industrial systems, including conveyors, motors, drives, and high-voltage equipment.

You'll be responsible for fault finding, breakdown response, and preventative maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime across a range of automated and electrical systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on industrial electrical systems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to minimise production downtime.
  • Work with PLC systems (Allen Bradley or similar) to troubleshoot and optimise operations.
  • Maintain and repair motors, drives, sensors, conveyors, and HVAC systems.
  • Assist with high-voltage and substation equipment as required.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety and electrical standards.

What We're Looking For:
  • A Grade Electrical Licence (essential).
  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Electrical Fitter/Mechanic).
  • Experience in industrial/manufacturing electrical work (not domestic).
  • Strong PLC knowledge (Allen Bradley or similar).
  • Experience with motors, drives, and industrial automation.
  • Instrumentation and Control – Certificate III (desirable).
  • Ability to perform both breakdown and preventative maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
