With a strong national presence and growing demand, our Victorian offering is expanding, and we're looking for a driven and experienced Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

The Role

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you'll manage recruitment delivery while growing accounts and building long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conduct client site visits and develop ongoing partnerships
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for temporary and permanent roles
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure quality placements
  • Coordinate and deliver high-volume/bulk recruitment campaigns
  • Maintain talent pipelines and proactively source new candidates
  • Grow revenue through account expansion and business development
  • Negotiate rates and terms with clients
  • Ensure compliance with industry, safety, and company standards
  • Provide general administrative and office support as required

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment, outcomes-focused, and motivated by strong client results.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or account management (leadership experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A results-driven mindset with strong time management and organisation
  • Resilience and the ability to work under pressure
  • High attention to detail and experience using recruitment software or CRM's
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proactive approach to business growth
  • A self-motivated, professional, and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
  • Hold a current driver's licence and understanding of WHS or compliance in blue collar industries
