About the role:

Join Wesfarmers Health as a Business Development Manager and be part of our mission to bring exceptional health and beauty products to independent pharmacists and pharmacy groups across New South Wales.  

Your goal will be to achieve and exceed sales objectives by identifying and closing new business opportunities and cultivating existing customer relationships within a defined geographical area. You'll use your expertise to support the development and execution of our sales strategy in the field, through a range of channel partners across multiple products, brands and ranges. Reporting to the Key Account Manager and collaborating closely with State Sales Managers, the BDM team, and other internal stakeholders, you'll generate sales opportunities through various channel partners, covering a wide range of solutions.

  • Proven experience in business development or account management within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Capable of building trust and sustaining strong professional relationships.
  • Ability to engage and influence others with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated business foresight with strong commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
